Christopher Handley's attorney speaks…

over at TCJ. He answers a lot of questions about what happened, why Handley was wrong to think his comics were legal, the problems with current obscenity law, and why Handley chose to plead guilty.   1. That was really fascinating. Personally, I never blamed Handley one bit for taking a plea; not everyone has the desire to be a crusader.
