New comics day!

Kate Dacey, Gia Manry, Brad Rice, and David Welsh look at this week’s new releases. Joe McCulloch is really looking forward to Yoshihiro Tatsumi’s Black Blizzard, and he sees a lot of interesting material there for critics and scholars as well as the casual reader.
